Our exploration of Telangana culminated in an open dialogue event in Hyderabad called Urban Adda. In a panel discussion Garima Arora with Dr. B Dayakar Rao, Principal Scientist at Indian Institute of Millet Research, food critic Sankalp Vishnu & chef Amey Marathe developing food waste solutions, discussed the future of food in Telangana.
